OSHA in Colorado
OSHA, which stands for the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, has stated that Colorado is not a "state-plan" state- which means that it doesn't have a state approved Occupational Safety and Health Program. Because of this, the Federal OSH Act governs private-sector workplace safety and health.
